Having spent 20+ years in recruitment, on both sides of the fence, I can honestly say that Simon is the best I have experienced in the business. He never failed to keep me updated with progress and was always informative. Too many in recruitment forget they have 2 customer groups and only focus on the one paying them, Simon is an exception who clearly understands his role what is takes to be the best. Even given the current environment in the job market, Simon always went above and beyond.
