Job Description – Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and overall business success. To be successful in this role you will need to be effective in scaling their operations and growth.

Duties – Operations Manager

  • Provide strategic direction and vision for operations, aligning it with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage team of 5 office staff and 6 field based staff.
  • Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across various departments, ensuring processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational performance against targets.
  • Identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions to enhance processes and improve overall performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices to optimise operations.
  • Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Structure the business for long-term growth.
